Star Line Cadet Coaching Center opened in 2014 as a non-profit, service-oriented institution on its own campus beside Star Line Complex — initiated with a Tk 50 lakh grant from Star Line Group matched by Tk 50 lakh from Feni Municipality.
It was founded by Professor Mohammad Mokhlesur Rahman, former Principal of Feni Girls' Cadet College, together with Jafar Uddin, Vice Chairman of Star Line Group. Colonel (Retd.) Mohammed Saleh Uddin Khan provides oversight, with Neyamat Ullah as Coordinator.
Results speak loudest: in the 2025 Primary Scholarship Examinations our students won 24 Talentpool and 11 General scholarships, and our cadet-college entrants have repeatedly topped the region — in December 2023 all eight successful candidates from Feni district were from this center.
